Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities is hiring a part-time server for our community restaurant. You will help create an exceptional dining experience, build relationships with residents, and deliver service expected in a top dining setting.

Responsibilities include guiding residents to tables, presenting menus, and assisting with drink selection. You will use our POS system to relay orders, handle opening/closing duties, and contribute to a welcoming, team-oriented dining environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a great attitude and compassion for residents.
• If under 18, must provide proper schoolwork authorization where applicable.
• Must hold or be willing to obtain a Food Handler’s Card as required by state/county regulations.
• Strong customer service presentation is required.

Responsibilities

• Direct residents to their tables and present menus.
• Suggest dishes and assist in drink selection.
• Communicate orders using the POS system.
• Complete dining room opening and closing duties as required.
