Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities, LLC is seeking a Server for our community restaurant. You will help create an exceptional dining experience, build relationships with residents, and deliver the service guests expect in their favorite restaurant.

Your work starts with you and shapes each resident visit. You will direct residents to tables, present menus, suggest dishes, assist with drink selections, and input orders into a state-of-the-art POS system.

Qualifications

• Must have a friendly, compassionate attitude toward residents.
• 18+ or provide schoolwork authorization if applicable.
• Must hold or be willing to obtain a Food Handler’s Card.
• Strong customer service presentation.

Responsibilities

• Direct residents to tables, present menus, suggest dishes and assist in drink selection.
• Communicate resident orders using the POS system.
• Complete opening and closing dining room duties as required by the community.
