Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities, LLC is seeking a part-time Server for its community restaurant. You will help create an incredible dining experience, build relationships with residents, and deliver service you would expect in a restaurant setting.

You will direct residents to tables, present menus, and assist in drink selection while using our POS system and ensuring smooth dining room operations. Spectrum emphasizes care, compassion, and excellent guest service.

Qualifications

• A big smile, eagerness to learn, and compassion for our Residents.
• If under the age of 18, must provide proper schoolwork authorization (if applicable).
• Server must currently hold a Food Handler’s Card, or be willing to obtain one facilitated by Spectrum, as required by state and/or county regulations.
• It is required for a Server to have strong customer service presentation.

Responsibilities

• Direct residents to their tables, present menus, suggest dishes and assist in drink selection.
• Communicate resident orders using the state-of-the-art point of sale system.
• Complete all dining room opening and closing duties as established by your community.
