Ivy Park of Milpitas is a premier senior living community managed by Oakmont Management Group. The Server role focuses on serving residents and guests with courtesy and professionalism, supporting a welcoming dining experience, and maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience is preferred but not necessary; we will train the right candidate.
• Must be at least 16 years of age with a work permit.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.
• Possess written and verbal skills to interact with employees, supervisors, physicians, residents, and families.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests including TB.

Responsibilities

• Serve residents, family members, and visitors in a professional, courteous manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system.
• Set up and break down tables.
• Follow proper serving techniques and etiquette.
• Maintain a safe environment for staff, residents, and guests.
• Encourage teamwork with coworkers and other departments.
