The Arcadia Family of Companies is seeking a Server to join our AFC Workforce Center team in Honolulu, HI. You will greet residents and guests, take orders, and provide dining service in a compassionate, professional manner.

This role supports flexible staffing across communities, with no set schedule beyond a minimum of two 8-hour shifts per month. The position emphasizes teamwork and resident-focused hospitality.

Qualifications

• High school graduate preferred.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Use of computers and POS system to input data.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests and takes beverage and food orders promptly and professionally.
• Prepares and serves meals per health and safety standards.
• Enters orders into the POS system accurately.
• Serves residents and guests with courteous, timely service.
• Addresses residents’ concerns with managers and supervisors as needed.
• Performs opening/closing duties and maintains clean stations.
