Kahala Nui is seeking a Server to provide professional meal service to residents, ensuring excellent customer service and safe dining practices. The role involves dining room setup and cleanup, POS order entry, and delivering meals to residents with a courteous, proactive approach.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year customer service experience preferred, not required.
• Annual tuberculosis clearance required.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to solve problems with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Take food and beverage orders.
• Enter orders into the POS system.
• Serve meals and beverages according to standards.
• Clear, clean, and reset tables promptly.
• Deliver meals to resident apartments as needed.
• Complete assigned side work and dining room duties.
• Greet and seat residents and guests.
• Help train and orient new employees.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety with a clean-as-you-go approach.
• Respond promptly to resident requests.
