Arcadia Family of Companies seeks an enthusiastic server for 15 Craigside in Honolulu. You will provide outstanding dining experiences to residents, clients, and guests, taking orders, serving meals, and ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and service.

The role requires a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and prior customer service experience. You will work a full-time schedule, with potential for growth and development within our compassionate team.

Qualifications

• High school graduate preferred. Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Proficient with POS systems and basic computer skills.
• Good communication and friendly, professional interaction with residents and guests.

Responsibilities

• Greets all guests and takes beverage and food orders in a prompt and professional manner.
• Prepares food and beverages for service to residents and guests in compliance with health and safety regulations and presentation standards.
• Accurately enters orders into the POS system.
• Serves food and beverages to residents and guests with courtesy and professionalism.
• Addresses residents’ concerns and requests with supervision.
• Performs side-work and other opening or closing duties as required.
• Ensures waitstaff stations are clean and maintained throughout the shift.
• Performs duties during emergency drills and disasters as outlined in the playbook.
• Interacts with residents and co-workers with patience, understanding and kindness.
