Job summary

Bienvivir All-Inclusive Senior Health in El Paso, TX is seeking a Driver to provide safe transportation and participant support between homes, the PACE center, and medical appointments. The role includes assisting with mobility, managing medication transport, and adhering to IDT instructions.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, five years of driving experience, and bilingual English/Spanish communication. A Texas Class C license and CPR certification are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least five years of continuous driving experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required to communicate with participants and families.
• Valid Texas driver’s license (Class C) required and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport Bienvivir/PACE participants between residence, center, and medical appointments.
• Assist participants with entering/exiting vehicles and using wheelchair lifts.
• Maintain safety, report incidents to supervisors, and follow emergency procedures.
• Assist with transporting medications and verify recipient details for accuracy.
• Complete required documentation related to incidents or observations.
