Job summary

Bienvivir All-Inclusive Senior Health is seeking a Driver to provide safe, reliable transportation for PACE participants in El Paso, Texas. You will assist with mobility, operate MDT and navigation tools, and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include transporting participants to appointments, ensuring proper equipment, and documenting incidents. This role requires a valid Texas driver’s license, CPR certification, and bilingual English/Spanish communication.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish required to communicate with participants and families.
• High school diploma or GED required; CPR certification preferred.
• Valid Texas driver’s license (Class C) required; clean driving record expected.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport Bienvivir/PACE participants between residence, PACE center, and medical appointments.
• Assist participants with entering/exiting vehicles and with mobility aids, including wheelchair lifts.
• Coordinate with Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) and use MDT for participant instructions.
• Document incidents or observations and verify participant identity and destination before delivery of medications.
• Support participant check-in or registration at medical visits as needed.
