CommuniCare Health's Taylor Healthcare Center in Grafton, WV is seeking a Full Time Transportation Assistant to help residents travel to inside facility and outside appointments in a safe, attentive manner. This role emphasizes compassionate patient care and teamwork.

You will transport residents and staff, assist with in-house activities, maintain documentation, and follow department policies while ensuring safety and quality care in a post-acute setting.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Graduate of Nurse Aide Training Program or eligible to enroll and complete within 120 days.
• Certified First Aid from Red Cross is required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with transportation to and from facility and outside appointments.
• Transport residents and staff safely and efficiently.
• Maintain resident documentation and records.
