Job summary

MorningStar Senior Living in Fort Collins is looking for a full-time Driver to transport residents to appointments and activities, and to support safe, compassionate mobility throughout the community.

You will operate all Community transportation vehicles, maintain logs, and coordinate with staff to ensure timely service. The schedule is Tuesday through Thursday roughly 8am–4:30pm, with times occasionally varying.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 3–6 months driving experience with senior adults.
• Must possess a valid State driver’s license and an appropriate driving record.
• Must read, write and speak English.
• Excellent customer service skills required.

Responsibilities

• Drive residents to and from scheduled destinations.
• Monitor residents' well-being and report changes to supervisor.
• May train other drivers on safety.
• Maintain records of vehicle preventative maintenance and costs.
• Coordinate mileage records with gas expenses.
• Prepare quarterly reports for management and report billable hours.
• Comply with Driver and Motor Vehicle guidelines.
