Job summary

The GreenFields Continuing Care Community is seeking a compassionate Driver to transport residents to medical appointments, outings, and other activities. You will assist residents entering and exiting vehicles, help with mobility equipment, and provide friendly interactions that enhance their daily experiences.

Responsibilities include maintaining vehicle logs, supporting the Creative Arts events, and ensuring safety as you execute daily routes.

Qualifications

• Must read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Able to make independent decisions when warranted.
• Communicate effectively with residents, staff, and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Drives residents to and from appointments and events.
• Assist residents in entering/exiting vehicles and with mobility equipment.
• Maintain vehicle logs and complete daily/monthly paperwork.
• Keep vehicles clean and perform basic maintenance checks.
• Assist Creative Arts department with resident functions outside the community.
• Plan daily schedule to ensure timely arrivals.
