Job summary

Meridian Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Driver to provide safe, reliable transportation for our residents. You will operate and inspect the bus, assist residents, and contribute to a respectful, caring community.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, is 21+, holds a valid driver's license with clean MVR, and is CPR/First Aid certified. Strong communication and teamwork are essential. The role is based at our Parker, CO location.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Possess a valid and active driver’s license.
• Meet motor vehicle records clearance requirements.
• Must have compassion for and desire to work with the elderly.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff and general public.
• Must demonstrate the ability to work responsibly as a team member as well as an individual
• Must possess current first aid and CPR certification.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Must meet all health requirements and pass background checks
