Job summary

Role: Driver at Rosewood - a HumanGood community in Bakersfield, CA. You will transport residents to meals, appointments, and activities, ensuring safe travel and excellent customer service. Requires 1–3 years driving experience with a clean DMV record and a valid Class B or C license.

Shifts are 8AM–4PM, Monday–Friday, with a competitive pay range. Join us to support residents and work within a team focused on hospitality and well-being.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of driving experience with a clean DMV record.
• Valid Class B (if driving vans) or Class C license. DMV clearance with no serious violations.

Responsibilities

• Operate a motor vehicle to transport residents to meals, appointments, and activities.
• Coordinate pickup and delivery of residents between sites.
• Schedule appointments to service residents and maximize patronage.
• Assist residents in and out of vehicles and operate wheelchair lift as needed.
