Innovative Integrated Health is seeking a dedicated driver based in Bakersfield, CA, to ensure safe transportation for our senior participants. Responsibilities include driving to appointments, assisting with loading and unloading, and maintaining vehicle safety standards.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with the elderly, hold a valid Class 'B or C' Driver's License, and demonstrate effective communication skills. We offer a full-time position with a salary range of $16.90 - $21.00 hourly.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience working with a frail or elderly population.
• Experience in transporting individuals with special mobility needs preferred.
• Clean DMV driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Drive vehicles following safety standards and procedures.
• Load and unload participants safely and respectfully.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the vehicle.

Skills

Ability to read, write, and speak English

Education
