Alamance House in Burlington, NC is seeking a compassionate Dietary Aide to join our culinary team and assist in preparing nutritious meals for residents. You will help with meal service, maintain kitchen cleanliness, and follow food safety protocols to ensure a positive dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Meal assistance: prepare, portion, and serve meals per dietary plans.

• Adhere to food safety protocols and proper storage/handling.
• Assist with inventory and communicate shortages to the Dietetic Manager.
• Collaborate with the dietary team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Support residents’ dietary preferences and special requests during meals.
