You will perform general cleaning, laundry assistance, waste management, supply stocking, and collaborative care to ensure safety and dignity for those we serve daily.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and safety protocols.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Compassion for and a desire to work with the elderly.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and maintenance of common areas, resident rooms, and restrooms.
• Assist with laundry services for residents and staff.
• Dispose of trash and recycling; keep waste areas clean and organized.
• Maintain and restock cleaning supplies and equipment; report shortages.
• Follow safety and sanitation protocols to ensure a hygienic facility.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure residents are comfortable and safe.
• Engage with residents in a friendly and welcoming manner.
