• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and safety protocols.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Compassion for and a desire to work with the elderly.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning & Maintenance: general cleaning including vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing, and mopping to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Laundry Services: assist with washing, folding, and distributing laundry for residents and staff as needed.
• Waste Management: dispose of trash and recycling materials properly; keep waste areas clean and organized.
• Inventory Management: assist with restocking cleaning supplies and equipment; notify management of shortages or issues.
• Safety & Sanitation: follow safety and sanitation protocols for a hygienic environment.
• Team Collaboration: work with staff to keep the facility well-maintained and residents comfortable.
• Resident Engagement: engage with residents in a friendly and respectful manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Cleaning & Maintenance: Perform general cleaning duties, including vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing, and mopping common areas, resident rooms, and restrooms to maintain a clean and safe environment.
