Milestone Retirement is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to keep our assisted living and memory care community clean, safe, and comfortable for residents and staff.

You’ll perform housekeeping and laundry, maintain common areas, follow safety standards, and engage respectfully with residents. Prior housekeeping experience and a High School diploma are preferred; First Aid certification and health screening are required.

Competenze

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• Experience in housekeeping or cleaning is preferred.
• Compassion for and desire to work with the elderly.
• Ability to respect resident privacy and maintain confidentiality.
• Strong communication skills with residents, coworkers, and vendors.
• First Aid certification required
• Must meet health requirements including TB clearance
• Must be 18 years or older and pass fingerprinting and background check

Mansioni

• Clean resident apartments, bathrooms, floors, dusting, vacuuming, bed making, and linen changes.
• Maintain linen inventory and perform laundry services.
• Keep common areas clean and presentable for residents and visitors.
• Perform floor care including sweeping, mopping, waxing, buffing, carpet care.
• Clean and sanitize public restrooms and surfaces.
• Handle cleaning supplies safely and according to procedures.
• Participate in training and on-the-job learning opportunities.
• Respond to resident emergencies and support disaster management and evacuation efforts.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, federal, and licensing rules including HIPAA and OSHA.
• Follow Safety Committee standards and report unsafe actions or conditions.
• Foster teamwork and assist others beyond assigned duties.
• Report elder maltreatment or abuse as required.
