Milestone Retirement is seeking a dependable Housekeeper to support cleanliness, safety, and comfort across our assisted living and memory care communities. You’ll perform housekeeping and laundry tasks, maintain common areas, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while delivering friendly, respectful interactions with residents and staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred.
• Compassion for and desire to work with the elderly.
• Ability to respect resident privacy and maintain confidentiality.
• Strong communication with residents, staff, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Clean resident apartments including bathrooms and floors.
• Perform laundry services and maintain linen inventory.
• Keep common areas clean and presentable for residents and visitors.
• Perform floor care: sweeping, mopping, waxing, buffing, carpet care.
• Sanitize restrooms and surfaces, remove water marks and dirt.
• Handle cleaning supplies safely and per procedures.
