Milestone is hiring a Housekeeper/Janitor to maintain cleanliness, safety, and comfort in our assisted living and memory care community. You will clean apartments, manage laundry, and keep public areas presentable while complying with safety standards and privacy rules.

We value compassion for the elderly, strong communication, and a professional demeanor. The role requires weekend and rotating holiday availability and a high school diploma or GED.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred.
• Ability to interact with residents in a respectful, compassionate manner.

Responsabilidades

• Clean resident apartments and common areas, including bathrooms and floors.
• Perform laundry services and manage linen inventory.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance and report hazards.
• Provide friendly, professional interactions with residents and staff.
• Follow all health requirements, privacy rules, and safety procedures.
