Milestone Retirement is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to support cleanliness, safety, and comfort in our assisted living and memory care community. You will perform housekeeping and laundry duties, maintain common areas, and ensure regulatory and safety standards are met while interacting with residents and staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience in housekeeping or cleaning preferred.
• Compassion for and desire to work with the elderly.
• Ability to respect resident privacy and maintain confidentiality.
• Strong communication skills to interact with residents, coworkers, supervisors, and vendors.
• First Aid certification required.
• Must meet health requirements including TB clearance.
• Fingerprinting and background check required.

Responsabilités

• Clean resident apartments and common areas.
• Perform laundry services and maintain linen inventory.
• Ensure safety and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Respond to resident needs and emergencies as needed.
• Maintain hygiene and sanitation in restrooms and surfaces.
