Cogir Senior Living in Edmonds, WA, is seeking a compassionate Driver to transport residents safely to appointments and activities. You will assist residents getting in and out of the vehicle and help with mobility aids, while delivering friendly, respectful service.

The role emphasizes safety, punctuality, and excellent customer service as you support a warm, resident-focused community. A valid driver's license and at least three years of driving experience are required; CDL may be needed per

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• A valid state driver's license (CDL may be required).
• Passenger endorsement (if required by state regulations).
• 3+ years driving experience with a clean record.
• Healthcare or senior living experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, reliable transportation for residents to and from locations.
• Assist residents in/out of vehicle and manage mobility aids as needed.
• Ensure safety and satisfaction of residents during trips.
• Prepare the vehicle for operation and coordinate maintenance.
• Keep license, insurance docs current as required by policy.
• Follow transportation safety procedures and local/state policies.
• Maintain a valid driving license to perform services.
• Assist with resident programs and events as needed.
• Build positive relationships and provide support during trips.
