Job summary

Integral Senior Living in California is seeking a Driver to join our care-focused team. You will provide safe, punctual transportation for residents to activities and appointments, assist with boarding, secure wheelchairs, and maintain clean, organized vehicles.

Applicants should have a High school diploma, be 21+, hold a CDL Class B license, and demonstrate excellent customer service with a patient, safety-first approach.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 21 years or older required.
• CDL Class B license with acceptable driving record.
• Experience in customer service environment, preferably in a senior living setting.
• Knowledge of safety precautions and compliance with safety measures.
• Strong organization and time management skills with ability to handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and courteous transportation for residents to and from activities.
• Assist disabled passengers into and out of vehicle.
• Secure passengers' wheelchairs to restraining devices to stabilize during trips.
• Safely operate radio, cell phone, or pager to communicate with base station or other vehicles.
• Maintain all community vehicles in good working condition.
• Clean and service vehicle with fuel, lubricants, and accessories.
• Assist with vehicle registration and license plates renewal process.
• Inspect and document vehicle condition on a monthly and per trip basis.
