Job summary

RM Management is seeking a Cook to prepare and serve daily meals for residents and guests while ensuring food safety, quality, and presentation standards. You’ll play a key role in creating a positive dining experience and supporting the health and well-being of the senior community we serve.

You will work closely with the Food Service Director and dietary staff to uphold high standards in a supportive, team-oriented environment in our senior living community.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service, cooking, or meal preparation is required or preferred.
• ServSafe certification is preferred but not required.
• Demonstrated caring attitude toward older adults.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals for residents, staff, and events.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and nutrition guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen.
• Collaborate with the Food Service Director and Dietary Aides.
• Respond to resident and guest feedback with excellent service.
