Qualifications

• Must possess, as a minimum, a high school education or equivalent.
• One year dietary experience in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or related medical facility preferred.
• Must be able to cook a variety of foods in large quantities.
• Must be knowledgeable of dietary procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assist with breakfast, lunch and dinner following dietary restrictions.
• Follow verbal and written instructions accurately.
• Maintain sanitation, safety, and hygiene standards in food prep.
• Demonstrate care and respect for residents with diverse needs.
