Qualifications

• Culinary training preferred.
• Health certification as required by local/state health departments.

Responsibilities

• Cooks meals according to established recipes and menus.
• Assists in creating menus meeting residents’ nutritional needs and preferences.
• Maintains sanitary guidelines in kitchen and storeroom.
• Preps and sets up kitchen for daily menus.
• Maintains proper temperatures of equipment and food.
• Delivers meals with safe handling and presentation.
