Job summary

Insight-Living in Great Falls, MT is seeking a Care Partner (PRN) to support Assisted Living residents with daily living activities and companionship. This role emphasizes person-centered care, flexibility, and teamwork.

You will assist with ADLs, grooming, meals, and mobility, monitor residents’ health, document observations, and report changes to the Health Services Director. A compassionate, patient demeanor is essential.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous caregiving or health care experience preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills in English; ability to document observations accurately.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship to residents to promote emotional well-being.
• Assist residents with ADLs tailored to individual needs.
• Report incidents/accidents/potential liabilities to Health Services Director and participate in post-incident shift huddles when requested.
• Monitor and report changes to residents’ health.
• Engage residents in social activities and provide companionship; assist Life Enrichment Director as needed.
• Assist with grooming before meals, serve meals and aid with eating; verify resident ID before serving.
• Monitor the dining room and maintain accurate records.
• Assist with personal hygiene, mobility, toileting, meals, housekeeping, and medication as required per care plan.
• Complete all assigned duties, adapting to changes in resident needs and staffing.
