Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to support residents in various care settings. You will assist with ADLs, monitor vitals, administer medications, and provide companionship across days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

The role emphasizes dementia care support, safe mobility assistance, and quality of life improvement for residents with diverse needs in a flexible work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in senior care, assisted living, nursing homes, or home & community care environments.
• Knowledge of Alzheimer’s disease, dementia care, and behavioral management techniques.
• CPR/First Aid certification is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility).
• Monitor and record vital signs (BP, pulse, temperature).
• Administer medications per prescribed schedules and protocols.
• Provide companionship and social engagement to reduce isolation.
• Support dementia care and behavior management for memory care residents.
• Prepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary needs and maintain kitchen cleanliness.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment with light housekeeping.
• Document care activities using EMR and communicate with healthcare teams.
