Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Saint George, UT is seeking a Caregiver to provide resident services including personal care, social activities, and meal support. You will work with a team to enhance residents' daily lives while maintaining dignity and independence.

You will assist with medications as directed, follow infection control procedures, and ensure a clean, safe environment. The role requires 18+ and some experience with seniors; training is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must meet in-service training requirements.
• Experience with seniors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides personal care and daily living assistance per Service Plans.
• Assists with medications and treatments as indicated and allowed.
• Supports meal services and social/recreational activities.
• Maintains a clean, safe living environment and follows infection control.
• Reviews service plans and notes changes in needs daily.
• Responds promptly to emergencies and call system alerts.
• Documents changes per procedures and reports to supervisor.
• Demonstrates dignity, privacy, independence, and respect for residents.
