Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or caregiving preferred but training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) per care plans.
• Respond promptly to resident needs while maintaining dignity and safety.
• Report changes in resident condition to supervisor immediately.
• Maintain a safe environment in accordance with safety standards.
• Collaborate with teammates to support resident independence.
