Job summary

Ivy Park at Murrieta, part of Oakmont Management Group, is seeking a compassionate Care Provider to support residents with daily living activities and personal care. This role offers meaningful work in a warm senior living community with a focus on independence, respect, and quality of life.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, responding promptly to residents' needs, maintaining safety, and collaborating with team members to deliver five-star service in a caring environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Willing to complete background check and TB tests.
• Ability to interact respectfully with residents and families.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in ADL as specified in the resident’s service and care plan including eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, and continence.
• Respond to residents' needs promptly while maintaining their self-respect, dignity, safety, and confidentiality.
• Communicate any observed or suspected resident change of condition to a supervisor immediately.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for all staff, residents, and guests, following established safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments.
