Job summary

The Ivy Cherry Hills, part of Oakmont Senior Living, is seeking a Care Provider to assist residents with daily activities and personal care. You will support independence and dignity, following individual care plans while collaborating with a caring team. Training is provided; experience is welcome but not required.

Applicants should be 18+, have a high school diploma or GED, and possess excellent customer service and communication skills. A background check and health screenings are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) per care plans (eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility).
• Respond promptly to residents' needs while preserving dignity and safety.
• Report changes in residents' condition to a supervisor immediately.
• Maintain a safe, secure environment for residents and staff.
• Promote teamwork and cooperative interactions across departments.
