Job summary

The Ivy Cherry Hills is a premier senior living community managed by Oakmont Management Group. We deliver five-star services and compassionate care focused on residents' independence and well-being. The Care Provider role supports residents with Activities of Daily Living, including eating, bathing, dressing, transfer, and continence.

Qualifications

• Experience preferred but not required; training provided.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Good written and verbal communication with residents and staff.
• Must pass criminal background check and health screening including TB test.
• May be required to follow COVID-19 PPE and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs per care plan (eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, continence).
• Respond to residents' needs promptly while maintaining dignity, safety, and confidentiality.
• Communicate observed or suspected changes in resident condition to a supervisor.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with staff and other departments.
