Job summary

Ivy Park at Roseville, part of Oakmont Management Group, seeks a Care Provider to support residents with daily living activities and compassionate, respectful care. You will assist with personal care, monitor health changes, and collaborate with a caring team to promote independence and quality of life.

Experience is helpful but not required; must be 18+, have a high school diploma or GED, and pass background and health screenings. A supportive environment and ongoing training are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience preferred but not necessary; we will train the right candidate
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs
• Possess written and verbal skills to interact and communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, physicians, healthcare professionals, residents, and their families.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests
• Vaccination/testing requirements per regulatory guidelines

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in Activities of Daily Living (ADL) as specified in the resident’s care plan (eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, continence)
• Respond promptly to residents' needs while maintaining dignity, safety, and confidentiality
• Communicate observed or suspected changes to a supervisor immediately
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for staff, residents, and guests
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments
