Job summary

Oakmont Management Group, based in Irvine, California, is seeking a dedicated Care Provider for Ivy Park at Bradford in our California communities. You will assist residents with activities of daily living and support independence in a compassionate environment.

You will respond promptly to residents' needs, maintain safety, document changes, and work with teams across departments. Training provided; must be 18+, HS diploma or GED, and pass background checks. Vaccination may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience preferred but not necessary; we will train the right candidate.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.
• Written and verbal communication skills with employees, supervisors, physicians, healthcare professionals, residents, and families.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including TB tests.
• Vaccination and PPE requirements per regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in Activities of Daily Living (ADL) as specified in the resident's service and care plan (eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, continence).
• Respond promptly to residents' needs while maintaining dignity, safety, and confidentiality.
• Communicate any observed or suspected resident change of condition to a supervisor immediately.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for all staff, residents, and guests, following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments.
