Ivy Park at Laguna Creek, managed by Oakmont Management Group, is seeking a dedicated Care Provider to assist residents with daily living activities and support independence. The role emphasizes compassionate care, safety, and respectful communication within a collaborative team environment.

Qualified candidates will assist with ADLs, respond to resident needs promptly, and adhere to health and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience preferred but not necessary; we will train the right candidate.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.
• Possess written and verbal skills to interact with employees, supervisors, physicians, residents, and their families.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests.
• COVID-19 or other PPE may be required per regulatory guidelines.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents in Activities of Daily Living (ADL) as per care plan (eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, continence).
• Respond promptly to residents' needs while maintaining dignity and safety.
• Report changes in condition to a supervisor immediately.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with colleagues across departments.
