Job summary

Seven Lakes Assisted Living is seeking a dedicated Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to provide direct care and support to residents, assisting with activities of daily living and ensuring a safe, nurturing environment. This role emphasizes empathy, attention to detail, and promoting residents' dignity and independence.

The PCA will help with ADLs, monitor health, and engage residents in activities while following infection control and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Completion of a state‑approved PCA, CNA, or caregiver training program preferred.

Responsibilities

• Personal Care Support: assist with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility).
• Health Monitoring: observe, report health changes, assist with medication reminders.
• Resident Engagement: foster relationships, encourage participation in activities.
• Safety & Compliance: maintain clean, safe living areas, follow infection control and safety procedures.
