Job summary

TITAN SENQUEST MANAGEMENT INC is seeking a compassionate caregiver for Parkview Retirement Center in Sanford, NC. The role involves assisting residents with daily activities in a positive environment and requires CNA or PCA certification within six months of hire.

You will lift up to 50 lbs, perform light housekeeping, and support dining and mobility needs. Weekend/evening shifts may be required, and English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be CNA or PCA certified within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living in a positive manner.
• Engage residents in meaningful conversation, socialization and activities.
• Conduct rounds and respond promptly to resident needs for care.
• Assist with transferring, bathing, dressing, and toiletry needs (lifting up to 50 lbs).
• Light housekeeping of resident rooms and dining assistance.
