Job summary

Titan Senquest Management Inc. is seeking a compassionate caregiver to assist residents with activities of daily living in a supportive community.

The role requires CNA or PCA certification or the ability to obtain within six months, and you will interact with residents and staff in a professional, friendly manner while providing personal care. You will help with transfers, bathing, dressing, and toileting; assist with meals, light housekeeping, and monitoring resident well-being.

Qualifications

• Must have or obtain CNA or PCA certification within six months of hire.
• Excellent customer service and ability to communicate with residents and families.
• Ability to work well under stress and multitask in a care setting.
• Regular attendance and adherence to safety policies.
• Must be able to follow state regulations and learn new procedures.

Responsibilities

• Interact with residents and staff in a professional, friendly and compassionate manner at all times.
• Engage residents in meaningful conversation, socialization and activity while providing personal care assistance.
• Assist with transferring, bathing, dressing and toiletry needs; lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Report changes in resident condition to supervisor and document appropriately.
• Perform light housekeeping and assist with meals and dining room duties.
