Job summary

Spring Arbor Senior Living of Crofton is seeking energetic Personal Care Assistants (PCA) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to support Assisted Living residents. Starting at $18.83/hr+ based on experience. Part-time with 1st/2nd shifts and PRN options.

Qualifications

• CPR and First Aid certifications are required.
• CNA certification preferred; PCA certificate may be accepted.
• Experience with seniors and memory-impaired residents is preferred.
• Must meet state certification and licensure requirements.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and pass background/health screenings.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Support dining and daily routines; observe changes and report them.
• Maintain documentation and communicate professionally with staff.
• Provide safe, respectful, and compassionate care in a senior living setting.
• Support transportation when required and maintain a clean environment.
