Job summary

StoryPoint Group is seeking a Caregiver to provide caring and personalized assistance to residents in our community. The role emphasizes compassionate support, daily living activities, and adherence to 1440 care standards to meet resident and family needs.

Qualified candidates may have a high school diploma or GED and possibly a CNA/MA certification. Prior healthcare or geriatrics experience is preferred, along with the ability to follow written or verbal instructions and assist with lifting up

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Healthcare, geriatrics, or elderly care experience preferred.
• CNA or MA certification preferred.
• Ability to follow written, oral, or diagrammed instructions.
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, dining assistance, and mobility.
• Provide compassionate, respectful care and maintain safety/comfort of residents.
• Document care activities and communicate changes to Wellness Leader.
• Coordinate with team to meet each resident’s needs and family communications.
• Attend staff meetings and training as required.
