Job summary

StoryPoint Group is seeking a Caregiver to provide compassionate, personalized assistance to residents in our community. The role emphasizes daily caregiving tasks, including bathing, dining support, walking escorts, and light housekeeping, while following 1440 care standards to meet residents' needs.

The position requires good communication with Wellness Leaders and families, reliable attendance, and the ability to work within a team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in Healthcare, Geriatrics, or elderly care preferred.
• CNA or MA certification preferred.
• Ability to follow written, oral, or diagrammed instructions.
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, personalized care for residents.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, dining, escorts, and mobility.
• Assist with morning and bedtime routines and light upkeep of rooms.
• Administer medication assistance and maintain logs as required.
• Communicate changes to Wellness Leader and families; participate in staff meetings.
