Job summary

Suite Living Senior Care Inc in Prior Lake, MN is seeking compassionate caregivers (CNA, HHA, PCA, RA, or NAR) to support seniors in both Assisted Living and Memory Care settings. If you have a heart for seniors and a team-first attitude, we want to meet you!

You will provide personalized care, assist with daily living activities, and help residents stay engaged and safe. Training is provided, and shifts include mornings with weekends required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience (in Assisted Living/Memory Care preferred).
• CNA Certification preferred, but not required.
• Ability to pass medications (training provided).
• CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Support mobility and transfers within the facility.
• Help with medication administration (training provided).
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversation.
• Light housekeeping and meal assistance.
• Monitor and report changes in condition to leadership team.
• Respond quickly and calmly in emergency situations.
