The Gardens of Nashville is seeking a compassionate Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to join our dedicated team. You will provide direct care to residents, assist with daily living activities, and help maintain a safe, welcoming environment.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, at least 1 year of experience in senior care, and strong interpersonal skills. CPR/First Aid certification is preferred; background checks and screenings are required.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Completion of a state-approved PCA/CNA or caregiver training program preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in personal care, senior living or healthcare preferred.

Mansioni

• Provide direct care and ADL assistance to residents.
• Observe, report, and escalate changes in residents' health or condition to nursing staff.
• Encourage resident engagement and companionship to support well-being.
• Ensure living areas are clean, safe, and compliant with infection control practices.
