The Gardens of Nashville is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct resident care, assist with ADLs, and support the nursing team in maintaining health and well-being.

You will monitor vital signs, help with daily activities, promote safety, and engage residents in meaningful activities while following infection control protocols. We offer competitive pay and comprehensive benefits to teammates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of a state-approved CNA training program.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility).
• Support residents with eating and hydration.
• Measure and record vital signs; observe health changes.
• Assist with medication reminders under licensed staff supervision.
• Foster relationships and encourage participation in activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow safety procedures.
