Waltonwood is seeking compassionate Caregivers to support residents with daily living activities and emotional well-being. You will assist with bathing, grooming, feeding, mobility, and safety, ensuring dignity and independence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• CNA certification is preferred or required depending on location.
• Experience with seniors or memory-impaired adults is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as waking, toileting, feeding, safety, and bathing.
• Respond to emergency call system in a timely manner.
• Provide assistance during mealtime and activities as needed.
• Offer emotional support with respect and a positive demeanor.
• Promote safety and wellbeing using procedures, equipment, and awareness of hazards.
• Assist with housekeeping tasks as needed.
• Participate in shift change meetings and communicate resident status.
• Report changes in behavior or medical conditions to leadership.
• Follow directions from supervisors for care and emergencies.
• Coordinate with outside agencies and community partners.
• Complete required documentation related to resident care.
