Job summary

The Bridges on Parkview in Henderson, NC is seeking a dedicated Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to support residents with daily living activities, promote independence, and strengthen wellbeing in a safe, comfortable environment.

As a PCA you will assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and meal support, monitor health changes, document observations, and engage residents in social activities while adhering to safety and infection control protocols.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility).
• Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and hydration; promote comfort and dignity.
• Monitor health changes and report to nursing; support medication reminders.
• Engage residents in activities to encourage social interaction and wellbeing.
• Maintain clean, safe living areas and follow infection-control protocols.
