Quail Park of Lynnwood is seeking a CarePartner/Nursing Assistant to support seniors with daily living activities, personal care, and social engagement. You will work with licensed staff to monitor health signals and maintain resident comfort in a residential senior living community.

The role requires compassionate interaction, ability to read/write English, and adherence to health requirements. On-site position with full-time benefits and competitive pay.

Qualifikationen

• Prior experience in elderly care preferred.
• Ability to take vitals (BP, pulse, respiration, temp, O2).
• Must enjoy interacting with seniors.

Aufgaben

• Review resident service plans and assist with activities of daily living.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, transferring, and ambulation.
• Engage residents in conversation and social activities while providing personal care.
• Observe for changes and report to nurse or supervisor.
• Complete incident reports and documentation accurately.
• Assist with mealtimes and daily housekeeping tasks.
