Quail Park of Lynnwood is seeking a Care Partner / Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support seniors in daily living. Responsibilities include ADLs, observing health changes, documenting incidents, and assisting with meals and housekeeping. English proficiency and CPR/First Aid credentials preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, comprehend, write, and speak English.
• Must enjoy interacting with seniors.
• Must be able to learn to take blood pressure, pulse, respiration, temperature and O2 stats.

Responsabilités

• Review and understand all resident service plans.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, transferring and ambulation.
• Engage residents in conversation and socialization while providing personal care.
• Observe residents for changes in physical, emotional, mental and social condition and report to a licensed nurse.
• Complete incident reports and other required documentation with accuracy.
• Assist with resident mealtimes.
• Make beds, empty trash, and tidy apartments.
• Turn down beds and change linens per schedule.
• Maintain resident clothing and closet in neat condition.
• Assist in cleaning walkers, wheelchairs, etc.
• Assist with other housekeeping duties as needed.
